Neat and silent rooms with the window facing south, courteous staff. Great amenities like climate control, TV set, and tea and coffee making equipment;))

The room had twin beds, and offered a great city view.

The food was outstanding in the restaurant. We loved rooms with best hygienic bathroom. Location: the hotel was so close to Ginger for the first time in Agartala, downtown and Ginger Agartala since 2010-11.

I had a really good stay at this hotel. the location near the airport was very convenient for me. It saved me a lot of time and hassle. Secondly, the staff was amazing, very helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to ensure that I had a comfortable stay. Lastly, the rooms were clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities. I especially appreciated the hygienic bathroom and the beautiful view from my room's window facing either North or East.

Everything was perfect, no complaints.

The prices for the rooms are quite high for the services they offer. We were expecting more amenities like shaving and brushing kits, combs, and bathroom slippers, but they were not available in the room.
